Google Adsense successfully completes 10 years. Adsense is invariably Google’s most important cashcow. Most of it’s revenue is generated through it’s advertising networks. It serves as the largest ad provider trusted by millions of online publishers.
Ping Pong Game
To celebrate it’s 10 successful years, a Ping Pong browser game is featured in Adsense homepage. Just log-in to your account dashboard. Hit the ’10′ icon on left part of the page.
A ping pong game pops out. Just use your mouse to control your paddle and start hitting the ball.
Still not using Adsense?
Adsense ensures maximum revenue for your online content. On my individual research, it has turned out to be the most converting, highest paying network compared to it’s major rivals such as Yahoo, Chitika e.t.c.
Own a blog or a web property? If you are still not using Adsense, you might be missing out a potential business opportunity. If your adsense application has not been approved yet, or declined, Follow the tips depicted below.
- There might be other gray methods to obtain an approved account, however, they are not recommended because you might lose the account anytime and all your hard earned money goes down the sink.
- Primarily, register for a Top-Level domain (.Net, .COM, .UK, .IN e.t.c), do not use site hosted on a sub-domain for approval procedure.
- If you are working on a blog, make sure there are atleast 10-20 pages of content, without any generic pages such as ‘Sample page’ e.t.c.
- Choose a clean, elegant and uncluttered design, it helps their review team in analyzing your possible ad positions.
- Make sure you have high quality content. Duplicate content is out of question and make sure you don’t make any grammatical mistakes or typos.
- No illegal content (such as hacking, adult, gambling), Check out their TOS for a complete checklist.
Agree or not, Adsense has been the breadmaker for most of the bloggers.
